Responsible Breeding It is very important to us Here at Shearpawfect to know that all our puppies are kept Healthy and Have regular Health checks & eye tests yearly, Wormed on a regular basis and always up to date with vaccinations, so if you decide to breed on from your Miniature Schnauzer when its old enough to have a litter, then all offsping will be healthy too. On prooving to me That all above has been done and I am satisfied That your dog has been properly cared for with relivant Health & Eye tests then This is when I would lift Endorsments if you would like to breed in the future. NO PROOF! NO LIFTING OF ENDORSMENTS! We love our dogs very much and give them the very best care possible Our Goal as a responsible breeder is to breed puppies as close to the breed standard as possible. We have worked really hard to ensure our dogs Temperament, Health and Conformation. Each of our litters are carefully planned. VACCINATIONS We Don't vaccinate our Puppies before they go to their new Homes as all our puppies leave at 8 weeks and the new owners should do this, Unless puppy is with us longer than 8 weeks then we will give him/her vaccinated for you. The norm for Vaccinations today is: 6 weeks - no need (Dam's antibodies actually still viable for 10-12 weeks) 8 weeks - 1st 10 weeks - 2nd Or if your vet uses a different vaccine, given over 3 weeks. It is perfectly fine to start vaccinations at 10 weeks though, (pups are covered by mum's antibodies) The 6 week vaccine really is useless which is why vets re-start again. ( Bear in mind dam's antibodies will only be there if SHE has been vaccinated) And all our dogs are vaccinated annually. Worming We will start worming your puppy from 2 weeks old. and then again at 4 weeks then 6 weeks. This is is something that will need to be repeated every 2 to 3 months.
